All bookings are confirmed by phone. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Same-day cancellations may incur a small dispatch fee, which we'll show in writing before you confirm.
The flat-rate price quoted on the call is the final price unless you change scope (add units, change dates, request after-hours pickup). Tonnage overages on dumpsters are billed at the published transfer-station rate plus a small handling fee.
FlatRatePortaPotty acts as a booking broker. The fulfilling operator is responsible for the actual service, equipment, and on-site work. Operator carries general liability insurance and worker's comp.
Disputes are resolved first by direct contact with our dispatcher. Unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration under AAA rules in Travis County, Texas.
